It would help to list your loocation and specify why you need this, FHA loan?.
It most likely will not pass a foundation inspection so your money is best spent paying a contractor that is experienced or uses an engineer to design the modifications to get it to pass. I forgot to add....If it is a Foundation inspection or a Health & Safety Inspection we are able to provide that service depending on what state you are in.
