I am working in Afghanistan and we are installing LSS units
There units (Latrine Shave Shower) are ready made units in a normal size shipping container
My question is, Is there a code requirement to ground the container?
The panel that feeds this unit has a ground rod.
Does the code require a separate ground for the metal container.
It sits off the ground on concrete blocks.
Is it just grounded just for lighting protection or is a bond needed
from the panel also?

Since no one else has answered I'll give it a stab at it and maybe someone else will give more detailed info. I think the metal structure has to be bonded. This is so there is only one path to ground and all metal has the same potential.
