I knw this isn't twitter Joe, i don't even knw what thats about! I am just a homebuyer that was looking for some help, but I guess since u found out I was a woman ur advice changed! And to think I just told my husband u were my favorite advice giver and u seemed like u knew what u were talking about! As far as my husband goes...he is a WELL known floor installer and home flipper in alabama so HE DOES KNOW!!! And as far as my typing and spelling go I have 4 kids and was in a rush! Just trying to seek answers BUT ANYWAY.... I thank everyone for there advice...the builder is coming fri to go over everything he said he didn't want any problems, I guess know that he can tell I serious he is going to do what he should of to begin with!
