Home Inspection / Interested in Purchase (posted by Maryann McLendon)
[ASKNACHI]This question was posted on [I]AskNACHI.org[/I] by [B]Maryann McLendon[/B] (from Aurora, CO). [/ASKNACHI]I want to purchase a home, but it has major repairs and I want to know if it is worth purchasing. There are cracks in the walls from it settling and there is dry rot on the outside of the home. Could someone let me know how much it would cost to do an inspection on a home that I am interested in purchasing?
