wondering if anyone has had experience in negotiating on modular home prices. I am told it is like car buying, offer and counter offers? any help would be good!

I don't have any personal experience but as they, everything is negotiable. I can't imagine not being able to submit an offer, especially in this market.

New modular home I presume? I suppose shop around if it is new and get the best deal you can find. Prices should be just above the high end Manufactured home.
Also verify the engineered foundation and what goes with installation: ie: water tie in, sewer tie in, electrical, type of skirting. Apples vs Apples... Randy |
