To Whom It May Concern:
I have a few questions: 1. Roof: What is customary procedure with an inspection of a roof during the winter, while there is snow on the roof? What is the typical lifespan for a composite shingle in Michigan (with snow and ice)? 2. Appliances: Is it customary for inspectors to check the appliances (i.e. electrical panels for the oven)? 3. Attic: What is the typical inspection regarding attics and evidence of bat infestaton? |

It looks like to me, our guest has no idea what a home inspection really covers.
