i bought two custom slider window 74 by 37 when the window is closed and locked with the latch i have a 1/4 play with the window is this normal? i dont think so .also i noticed the grove where the latch goes in is a lot wider than the notch on the latch. since these are impact window i thougt they should be closed tight when locked .need some feed back please i think these are a defect and i paid over 1000 dollars
