Window replacement

The sun hits my windows on one side of my house and the conclaves and reflects that light to my neighbors vinyl siding. The home builder wants to replace my windows on that side with what they say is a new and improved version.

The new windows on that side of my house would have a smal, pinhole in them to keep them from expanding and releases pressure.

They cannot provide me a compare/contrast on the window specs on the efficiency rating. They just keep telling me that they are the same.

I do not d’état and how the window would keep the gas in, if there is a pinhole in them. Or how the rating would be unaffected by this. Any thoughts in these types of windows? I want to do the right thing for my neighbors but I don’t want to be screwed by the home builder.
