There is not much to it.
Lot grade is the main concern.
Vegetation to close to the structure,Walkways,etc.
Assuming you are talking about a regular home inspection.
It goes under the category exterior.If there are other systems on the exterior we may check those too.Such as exterior outlets.See the NACHI SOP for more detail.
