To date, you provided neither and to boot my posts and your responses were promptly removed from this forum.

Care to comment on that...

Marcel you are a wrong
You made your statement and I asked you to prove it or apologies, as I had Paid for Char and my self and could find the affidavits if necessary . Nick stated that I had paid .
I have no idea what happened to our posts.
I do know NACHI has been of the air to upgrade the system .
Now I ask you to prove your accusations or apologies.
I will provide my evidence if it comes down to a charge but the simplest for you is to prove your statement or apologies .

Bad Rumors are not needed and are wrong .
I ask you to prove your statement or say you are sorry too simple
Thanks Roy Cooke

Care to comment???

Marcel Please be so kind as to show these places where you have seen this .
I Paid for mine and Chars CMI. and do feel you are trying to make me look bad .
Unfortunately you are spreading false information, not needed not proper .
You need to try and help this industry instead of trying to destroy me. Unfortunately it is you who is having trouble reading I said $375;00.
Nick says it goes too $1,000;00 at the end of the month.
You brought up the NCH and did not answer the NCH cost .
I would like you to apologies after you discover your error.
Do I expect you to say your sorry no I expect you are to much like Bill Never ever admit to an error .
Your Chance to show you are able to apologies ???????

As for free, no one has ever been free. I've paid for a few when we first launched CMI, and I've financed a few last week.

Thanks NICK .
I can find a copy of the Checks and the Affidavits we signed and had notarized .

Yes a company employee paid with a company cheque

In the last two months, working full time, and having no other job, I have had 9 inspections. Some on this message board may feel that I have a negative attitude. No, just frustration.
Maybe try advertising yourself as being highly certified and a thorough inspector. Make clients know that Realtors do not like you to inspect the homes they sell and explain why without sounding too negative. Kinda say it jokily. This works for me. Of course, I lose a lot to price shoppers but I have my fees raised up enough that losing a fee jobs do not effect me. Just keep at it until you get something that works. My mistake, our posts were not removed; they simply got mixed up with other discussions.

Back to the topic: if my accreditations were questioned, I would have defended them.

Your non response / proof to those allegations could only lead one to believe that they are most likely accurate.

Same Movie I think. Clark is stuck in the attic, the father/father in law is getting in the wagon while the women are wondering where is Clark/Dad and someone says "Clark?, forget about Clark, I gotta eat so I can take my back pills"

HUGE waste of time and INTERNET space.
One Russell to another. . .
Actually, CMI requirements were changed over time, and always in an upward spiral. Nick - and other CMI members - did listen and act upon requests for more stringent requirements.

Jeanne typically takes the info from new clients, and introduces us / our backgrounds to them, so they can be sure "they" are picking us to be their inspectors.
She'll mention the exams we've both had to pass, how she's a local chapter president, how I'm state president of Idaho's Certified Home Inspectors, blah, blah. . .
It's when she says, "And Russell was the first Certified Master Inspector in the State of Idaho . . . " that they make comments like, "Well, it looks like I've got the best / the right one" / etc.

So, yes, it has become money in our pocket.
It has instilled consumer confidence.
It has helped protect "good" R.E. Agents.
And, maybe, it has helped weed out used house salespeople.
Fine with me.
