Default What can CMI do for you?
Don't ask me...I am asking YOU!

What do CMI people want to see more of? How can the CMI program be better. If so, how?

Should there be a Senior CMI?
CMI mentor program?
CMI verification Program?
CMI peeer review program?
CMI special underwear? Hell, I don't know I am asking!

How can CMI's TOGETHER market themselves and each other?
Would it be prudent to ask all CMI members to proudlyt display their logo and underneath an explanation of it?

CMIs should form their own for-profit company so as to service national contracts and offer annual or even quarterly inspections of commercial properties and high-end estates.

Although im not CMI, I have the insurances in place, could set up a cmi management,LLC(DBA) have a CMI only Target market, With alocal CMI delegate controlling their region.. We literally have insurances out the wazoo..

What do you mean by having insurances out the wazoo. Do you means you have INSURANCE companies to perfrom work for..or you have insurance as in EO insurance?

E/0,GL,2million umbrella. Very strict insurance requirements for Citizens. Nachi management is set up to subcontract our members the work. A CMI DBA could theoretically do the same using nachi management's insurances which are already in place and which are quite expensive. Just target highend/commercial(like nick said) and created a nationwide Certified Master Inspector Preferred vendor network.

Peer review and mentoring would be good. It's easy to become isolated (at least out here in western SD) I work hard at being my own worst critic. It would be nice to maybe once a year be required to send in a report or two for a critical review by others.
