Russell, keep up the good work and the debates which you post. Your drive and determination help this profession and I admire it, Nachi needs more like you. 20 people complained? I feel if you have a problem with someone say it to their face so the problems can be worked out. And I know thats what you do, say it to their face and work out the problems, makes us all better people / inspectors.
