Here is a copy of the brochure that you can add text to like a form, try it out.

Here is what mine would look like filled out.

I added an image field, do with it what you want or leave it blank.

PS- To use this Form you must have the FULL version of Adobe -or- the FoxIt Editor ($99)

PSS - The FoxIt Reader is Free and better than Adobe, you can get it here.

Sorry, I though that you could use one of the free PDF drivers to print this file to PDF but that won't work. Yes you will need a PDF editor of some sort to be able to use the modified templete I created.

As Joe stated, you must own a copy of Adobe Reader. I do not own a copy and I'm using the reader only which gives me the same message. I can only print this form.

I'd like to see a universal template made in some other format besides .PDF where members can simply edit the information and "save it" for purposes of emailing it to their printer.

Hi! Joe;
It worked great,but I cannot save it only print at that time. the other problem is it doesn't center itself. when I printed it the border on one side was 3/4 and the other side was1/8 ????

When you save use ( Save As ) and change the name ( not save ). That should make a copy of what ever you changed.

That will only change the name to a new empty copy of the form if you are using a "Reader" only version of the program.

John,

Not all home inspectors write the report during the inspection.

I cannot place my finger on it but it is not very exciting or motivating from a marketing stand point. The brochure is cumbersome and wordy... A marketing consultant may be warranted.

It looks good though. Good effort.

John Bowman made a great Broucher called Sellers and Realtors.
He sent it out in Adobe and I asked could we have it not in Adobe and he sent it out in Print shop ( I think ) so every one could use it .
Worked great.
