Default At the risk of sounding like General Patton...

No inspector ever won market share by waiting to become a CMI until the requirements were changed to what the inspector felt was perfect.

You gain market share by letting the other poor, dumb bastard wait.

Nick,
What are the chances of getting our CMI logos put on the free iNachi website home pages? I still get a lot of foot traffic through that site but because we do not control the dashboards on them it is one place where those prospective customers are not getting the full picture. I already have the seals / logos on my truck, my other sites and much of my literature. I don't care what the naysayers think or say, it makes a huge difference. The only reason I am sitting here at the office today is because we have a very powerful storm racing through here and we had to postpone today's inspection due to tornado warnings all along the Gulf Coast, heavy downpours and lightning rolling through. I have been busy, very busy. Anyone that whines about CMI just isn't paying attention. It is a money maker. Glad I jumped on it when it came out.

Doug you just got started too late. I did a 06 HUd home in Milton this morning and started at 7:30. It was rocking and rolling but I was in the attic by that time. Roof that never leaked before leaked today.

Nick,

I second Doug's motion!

CMI like NACHI should be Visible in all windows of opportunity. (Including members sites.

Bless your heart, I don't do 7:30 inspections. I was over in Fox Run and it got black as night, rain the size of quarters with wind and the customer had come all the way from Navarre only to get there and declare she did not feel safe there and wanted to leave. I managed to get the outside done before the animals started lining up by twos so we all ziggied out of there to leave the rest for another day.
