This was needed. I had an acre of beachfront property in Judiths Fancy on St. Croix and was going to build a house on it. The realtor had told me then (10 years ago) that the only inspector on the island was a handyman and he did not know what he was doing. SO I felt I could move right in on the market. Well the reason I did not go is due to medical reasons after purchasing the property I checked out the local hospital, WOW, almost third world like, they told me they had helicopter service to Puerto Rico (a 40 minute flight) not so good when in a heart attack situation. Anyways I wish him well its truly a beautiful island.
