ADA retrofit
Anyone know of any requirements for retrofit when a apartment building built in 1965 changes hands.

I do not believe that a 1965 build has to perform a retrofit. (Unless they intend to rent to the disabled/handicapped). I have done a few ADA assessments for apartment complexes, most of which had zero accessability. I believe they were only required to have access at the rental office, parking and common areas.
