FYI Nick You should get with the Structural Pest Control Board.

The AG.Dept. has no control or part in the Licensing of California Branch # 3 WDO Building Inspectors.

There is a list the you can get of the Board approved C.E. Course.

I believe the AG dept oversees the SPCB.
I have Branch 2 and 3 licenses. But I can only use them under an "Operator's license".

Something tells me this is not right...whats up? I know licensing in this state and I cannot find where this would certify home inspectors to perform these inspections. Let me know if im wrong cuz Im cool with doing them.

Its not. and I don't think this course is even approved for any inspectors CE. Its just approved. What ever that is? Nick can you provide more information on this please.
The Dept of Pesticide Reg is not part of the Structural Pest Control Board. The S.P.C.B. Oversee all Structural Pest/Building Licensing.

Calif. Has a required pre-licensing course before you can take the Branch 3 Structural Pest/Building Inspectors Test. For a Field Reps Licensed.
With that licensed you can only do inspection under a Branch 3 Operator.
And it takes 4 years of inspecting working for/under an Operator before you can take the Branch 3 Operators Test.
