For you California inspectors. We have a 1600sq.ft. home on a raised foundation, built in 1971, with a pool inspection. How much would you charge? I gave them a quote of 385.00. I know prices will differ due to locations but wanted to get a general idea how pricing looks state wide

Many inspectors, including me, won't discuss fees or pricing in the public forums.

around here you would be high at that $$$....my avg shaq HI is $300.00 if you can get that $$ go for it...
