Sauna inspection needed in Orange County, California.

Hello,

I viewed your website and am wondering if you can recommend an inspector who will JUST inspect a built-in sauna (and possible an outdoor firepit and BBQ). I already have a home inspector who is an engineer who comes highly recommended, and he does not inspect these items.

Nice home - standard dry sauna with electric heater. The barbecue and fire pit are easily accessible. This would be an easy 20 minute inspection.
