We have an area in my town where 2 by 2 framing was used to construct houses. This is the first time I got to do an infrared scan on one of them and basically found out how the exterior and interior walls were constructed.
How much would you charge to insulate each square for a 900 square foot house? I think the picture shows it all. Last edited by kluce; 4/30/09 at 12:15 AM.. Reason: re-wrote the first sentence so it's a little better to understand - I hope. |

Kevin, The best way to insulate, if not stucco, would be from the outside. You could put up a layer of rigid foam then vinyl siding or use this www.prodigysiding.com this product has an R-5 and will give the building a thermal blanket on the exterior envelope.

Vinyl siding is installed. I just didn't have any idea on how much a company would charge to do a job like this.
