Anyone Have Energy Audit Forms

I am going to be putting together a HomeGauge Template for Energy Audits within the next couple of weeks. I have a couple forms for gathering site information that are pretty comprehensive, but I am looking for more site inspection forms to base the template from.

If anyone has inspection checklists or data forms they would be willing to share, it would be appriciated.

Better follow lender guidelines for EA reports when doing your own forms. What type of EA are you doing, what standards and calculations are you following? HG cannot perform the needed information required to even do an EA. Better make sure your client knows really what type of EA they are getting.
