WHY ARE HOME INSPECTORS NOW USING INFRARED CAMERAS?

In recent years home inspectors have stated using a new high tech tool in their
inspection process called an infrared camera. This new tool allows the inspector to
see slight temperature variations that are unseen by the human eye. A properly
trained thermographer can understand and diagnose these images in order to
reveal hidden defects in many areas of the building.

Without thermal imaging, somethings go unseen. Now you can see what others
only guess about. Thermal images can help reveal problems about moisture (which
may be conducive to mold, decay and termites), electrical system hot spots,
