There are thermal imaging cameras similar in performance to FLIR or Fluke that sell for far less money and are supported by training courses for beginners and advanced users. Our model 4010 sells for $3,900.

This is a great deal. I have a TIR1, (from ACtool supply), BPI training and a blower door. You will also need to purchase a gas detection meter and exhaust analyzer.
