I bet if you call FLIR-ICT they might have something, or at least might know of someone who would, and they could point you in the right direction.

Infraspection and/or Snell might also be a good starting point for ya.

Why can't your attorney revise your residential IR agreement?

If you want something for free...there is the NACHI ComSOP agreement and you can add in the optional Thermal Imaging Addendum to it.
