You're kidding me, right?

He advised Nick not to read it.

Like that would matter.

Nick heads te worlds largest HI org. Nick sees everything. Nick develops protocols and standards sometimes just to piss people off.

Nick has posted the patent or reference to the patent on this very website.

Like I said... your kidding right?

And... you took the advice of someone else's attorney. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Nick's attorney has a duty to protect Nick, and not you. Did it ever occurr to you that the advice he gives Nick may differ from the advice he would give you?

Man, oh, man...

LOL

So....advising people to disregard as "invalid" a document he has never read, based upon the advice of an attorney representing someone else, he charges people money to be "trained" to infringe upon the rights of a fellow member.

In addition...as I am reading from this thread....the claims that "no home inspector can fully inspect without an IR camera" are being quickly modified. Now, "IR cameras are for energy audits, not home inspections"....

8 months... whoops.

I told you I never read the patent and don't plan on it, and neither does Nick.
We don't use it, follow it, or need it. It would be impossible to copy it.
If people want to say the IR industry needs to shut down, all I can say
your idea is based on a bogus version of an inflated patent that does
not exist in the form you say. It is impossible to write a patent that
applies to all building inspections and shut down everyone. It is absurd.
It is bogus and funny to say the least.

Prove it.

James...

I never said IR cannot be used for home inspections. What are you
talking about now? Wow. Are you off your meds?
