Default Energy Makeovers
Our local energy provider did an energy makeover on homes in different Chicago suburbs. This is great if you don't have to pay for the makeover. However, if you do pay for the retrofit, it takes a long time to recoup you investment. By the time it pays for itself, your furnace and water heater will be nearing their life expectancy and will no longer be efficient.
