FLIR T400 Infrared Camera For Sale

I purchased a FLIR T4oo camera last year and live in a area of very little home inspections are currently going on. I have not been able to justify the cost of the camera for my community. The camera is great and is like new only used in about 10 home inspections. I purchased an extra battery and the calibration date is May 14, 2008. I just upgraded to a camera with the same resolution!
Anyone considering, the size of the camera screen is a substantial plus to those of us over 50 that have visual impairments.
For those of you that want to see on the camera screen without going back to your computer, this is the camera for you.
This camera has more bells and whistles that I wish to acquire. But this is just me and my budget.
