Default Fluke TiR 1 TIR1 & Level I - Limited time offer

I am not sure how long I will be able to run this special. We cut an exclusive deal to be able to move all our TiR's and TiR1's with a very heavily discounted level I infrared certifcation (via Infraspection Institute). $499 with a TiR1 and $899 with a TiR.

Fluke TiR - $4495
Fluke TiR1 - $6995

Does those prices include the training you quoted too?

Also, please specify the type of training, online vs travel vs local

Your choice on how you do the training. It is through Infraspection Institute. www.infraspection.com The facility is just outside of Philly in NJ. You can do the distance learning program or in person.

The prices are listed in the original post.

www.InspectorOutlet.com sells the TiR with FREE InterNACHI membership ($289 value) and FREE unlimited viewing to the Introduction to Infrared Thermography course
and a free InterNACHI T-shirt for a grand total of $4,099.

www.InspectorOutlet.com sells the TiR1 with FREE InterNACHI membership ($289 value) and FREE unlimited viewing to the Introduction to Infrared Thermography course
and a free InterNACHI T-shirt for a grand total of $6,099.

And they give you an even better deal if you are an existing InterNACHI member who has taken John McKenna's Infrared Certified course.

You have to call them though, prices are not posted on their site. www.InspectorOutlet.com

For upcoming shows, NACHI.TV purchased both packages and paid the above pricing.

Nick, I am not trying to stir up a hornest nest here, but why do you refer to www.inspectoroutlet.com in 3rd person? inspectoroutlet is your site, here are the addresses:

http://inspectoroutlet.com/contact-us.aspx

http://www.nachi.org/contact.htm?PHP...578d34b1fa3a53

Technically for someone that is going to take level I on top of buying a camera the AC deal is better. And I didn't have to violate MAP pricing to do it.

AC Deal - $4495 (TiR) $899 (Level I) totals $5394
InterNachi/Inspectoroutlet deal - $4095 (TiR) $1695 (Level I) totals $5790

AC Deal - $6995 (TiR1) $499 (Level I) totals $7494
InterNachi/Inspectoroutlet deal - $6099 (TiR1) $1695 (Level I) totals $7794

For someone planning on not ever taking level I the InterNachi/Inspectoroutlet deal is better.

Well, in the post you are quoting me from, you will notice that I refer to www.NACHI.TV and InterNACHI in the 3rd person as well. Each of these operations are stand-alone entities.

You have to realize that almost everything in the inspection industry is now under InterNACHI control, directly or indirectly, overtly or covertly. Everything from insurance, to books, to software, to tools, to websites, to other associations, to education, to almost everything.

And although most of the industry is under InterNACHI control covertly, InspectorOutlet isn't very covert IMHO. A trip to www.InspectorOutlet.com drops you smack on to a page with an InterNACHI T-shirt sale. And the cameras are sold ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY to InterNACHI members. If you are not a member of InterNACHI, you can NOT even buy a camera at all from www.InspectorOutlet.com at any price. So you have not uncovered some big secret. The whole thing was built to provide InterNACHI members with great deals on IR cameras and thus give them a financial competitive advantage over non-members.

A brief history: We didn't set out to take over everything at first (and today it is cute to see ASHI members all InterNACHI'd-up without them even knowing it ), but many vendors initially wouldn't cooperate. We would catch them selling their products and services to non-members at the same price they offered them to InterNACHI members. We gave each vendor a choice. Most chose wrong. This eventually lead to the whole "Planet InterNACHI... resistance is futile" thing. We were half joking back then, but like all good jokes.... it contained a bit of truth.

As Nick was saying, InterNACHI members can take the INFRARED
CERTIFIED training course (16 hrs) and get the FLUKE TiR or TIR1
from INSPECTOR OUTLET, with such a huge savings it cannot be
posted. Trust me.

http://www.infrared-certified.com
http://inspectoroutlet.com/
936-546-2435 (call me)

It is the lowest price for IR cameras and training in the north America
by a huge amount - $,$$$ WOW ... for InterNACHI members only.

InterNACHI does it again... bringing it's members huge discounts and
advanced tools & training to succeed. No one is even close.

A couple years ago it was costing inspectors over $13,000 to
fly out for training, pay for motel, food, travel expenses, plus the
cost of the training and IR camera (and counting lost time at work
for one week).

Now with InterNACHI's live online training and Inspector Outlet's IR
camera prices... members can cover their expenses for about a
third of the cost it used to be... plus people get a free InterNACHI
membership, $100 off renewals, a free INFRARED-CERTIFIED email
acct, free Energy Audit class, SEO instructions for their websites,
free embedded IR video for their website, and more...

Things have changed and IR camera prices have fallen the last couple
years. Now with Inspector Outlet and Infrared Certified Training,
more and more inspectors can now add thermal imaging to their
services and tap into the extra income streams that go with Infrared
scans (working with local contractors, moisture detection, roofing
companies, insurance companies, high end buyers, energy audits,
and extra ancillary service for home inspections).

InterNACHI... resistance is futile..

Simply not true. (Big surprise)

Read this quote from the Inspector Outlet site:

If you are not already an InterNACHI member and you are in the U.S., you will receive a one year membership to InterNACHI FREE with purchase of a Fluke Thermal Imager from us!!!! (a $289 value)

So which is it?????????????????????????????????

Nope, 100% true.

So far, all InspectorOutlet customers have been InterNACHI members and InspectorOutlet only markets and sells to InterNACHI members.

Should a non-member ever want to buy a camera from InspectorOutlet, InspectorOutlet would have InterNACHI process the membership application before InspectorOutlet processes the order.

If the customer won't or can't become an InterNACHI member, InspectorOutlet simply won't sell them the camera. This rule is not negotiable. InterNACHI members only.

It is no different than the Infrared Certified tradmarked professional designation. You have to be an InterNACHI member first.

Having access to InterNACHI's IR-related education, documents, training, etc www.nachi.org/green.htm is so vital that non-member inspectors should not be using IR cameras on inspections IMHO. Learning how to use the tool itself is not enough, just like learning to drive a nail with a hammer doesn't make you a framing carpenter.

IAC2 is similar. We believe that to do a proper mold inspection for instance (not just a mold test), one has to understand moisture, ventilation, HVAC systems, crawlspaces, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, gutters, downspouts, waterproofing systems, sump pumps, condensation, grade slope, insulation, stucco, EIFS, building science, foundations, building materials, etc.

One must be able to look at a home holistically!!!
Home inspectors are best at this... better than anyone in the world.

Learning how to take a mold sample or operate an IR camera is easy. But it is only about 1% of the knowledge you need. It is what you do with the information those tools provide that is important.

That is why www.IAC2.org like www.nachi.org/ir.htm also requires membership in InterNACHI first.

More myths. One can buy the camera and then subscribe to the Inachi protocols. Try it and see. And my specific answer was delayed while an approved moderator ""looked and allowed"". Who knows how much time has elapsed.

Peace be with you.....

Merely "abiding by InterNACHI protocols" will not educate or train you any more than abiding by PGA rules would improve your golf game.

InterNACHI members are the only inspectors who have access to the education and training www.nachi.org/membership.htm that permits them to look at a home holistically and not just point and shoot.
