That video has been out for a while now. Fluke added the iNACHI logo in the top, left corner. We've had the original posted at the top of the home page at www.fluketir1.com for ages now. Good idea for Fluke and iNACHI to team up.

He's incorrect about the loose heating ducts.
Loose connections at heating ducts in the ceiling of the basement isn't "throwing money out the window" as he says in the video. Heat rises, so the heat isn't lost to basement, but rather heating under the first floor (even unintentionally via leaks) is one of the best things you can do to save $.
