After hanging around for an hour to talk with the contractor, this showed up.

Client saw it first.

Testing of the shower. Took some time to evolve. Almost missed this one!

I find lots of those. Builders hate you but the clients LOVE you. And clients who LOVE you spread your name like mad to their family and friends. Not to mention that when people know you can find that kind of thing, they don't really question the price.
