John, what ever happened to the radiant barriers.

I paid for the sample they sent me but no one will return my emails or phone calls. I've called at least 6 times and no help. I need sales support, brochures, web links.

If they can't even return phone calls to me what happens when one of my customers needs service???????

I just talk to Brian twice in the last hour. He said he has not been getting
your calls or emails for some reason. Brian said he will call you to see
what the problem is.
