Default Good example of TD
Here is some shots of an open chimney flue as viewed from within the attic and from within the home Good TD from both sides of the wall. The Flue chase was not insulated on two sides, just bare drywall and open into the attic. This home was built in 05 and had all kinds of air intrusion problems found and pin pointed with the camera.
