Default HELP Light Dimmers?

Does anyone know were I can find out about what the acceptable limits of the safe operational temp of a Dimmer switch?
The picture below was one I found today, It was working 6 lights at 40 watts each.

Yes I just addressed that in todays report.

I called Leviton and was told they are operational to 190 degrees.

They are rated from 600 or 1000 watts.

This holds true for the brand I was researching called Lutron.

Hope this helps.
P.S mine had 10 spots in canned lighting and was up around 110 degrees.
