Has anyone that is doing energy assessments/ audits taken any of the HRAI courses?
With the current Canadian Federal Grant Program being discontinued and no replacement in site I am looking for a way to bring a more comprehensive energy assessment to my area.
What I am considering is taking the HRAI "Heat gain and loss calculations" and "Air systems design" courses.
Just wondering if anyone has taken these or similar programs and was it worthwhile.
Also, are there any other ancillary services that you offer

YES very informative on Heat gain and Heat loss for both cold conditions and warm. Calculations become necessary to the field of energy assessments in Canada anyways.
Air systems are important according to the new guidelines for tighter homes and for HRV installations.
