Infraspection Institute is pleased to announce the following dates for our course, Infrared Inspections for Home & Building Inspectors:



April 14 - 15, 2008


This courses are being held at the Enterprise Center in Mount Laurel, NJ. Normally priced at $995, this course is available to NACHI members for only $500.


Infrared Inspections for Home & Building Inspectors is a 16 hour theory and application course for the use of thermal imaging for residential and commercial properties. Designed specifically for home and building inspectors, students are taught how to locate deficiencies in building envelopes, insulated roofs, and building subsystems.


This course provides in-depth and practical instruction for thermographically detecting hidden problems in electrical systems, HVAC systems, roofs, and building sidewalls. It also covers how to successfully market, price, and sell infrared inspection services. Students are welcome to bring their own imager for individualized training or to learn how to use it more effectively.


Course completion may be applied to training requirements for thermographer certification through Infraspection Institute and the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Class hours for Infrared Inspections for Home & Building Inspectors are from 8 am to 6 pm on both days. Continental breakfast is provided prior to class each day beginning at 7 am.
