IR Inspection Agreements

I'd like to see what others are using for stand alone IR Agreements. Do you have a "fill in the blank" (for what you're agreeing to scan) agreement?..or how are you working the before on site paper work?

I'm thinking aside from an addendum to a home inspection.

My agreement is customized to my clients name, address and reason for IR scan.

The specifics I can add. I was looking for the "boiler plate" to a stand alone IR Agreement.

No. Thanks David, I have that addendum to a home inspection agreement.

I was looking for a stand alone IR Agreement. I don't think many use them.
