Homeowners getting screwed again! This is one of the many things I hate about HOA. If any of the owners don’t go along they are drug into litigation and or foreclosed upon. Maybe both…

This could be a great opportunity for an inspector with IR equipment, moisture intrusion, building science and stucco experience.
