Kevin,

It looks like there is a stain on the outside of the siding on the right side where the small streak is. Does the leak also cross over horizontally and drip down further to the left on the inside (underside) of the siding?

Nice find.

Nice find.
This was actually a no brainer. There was a leak on the condensate drain line for the second zone in the attic. The builder "failed" to terminate the end of the discharge pipe through the soffit. The pipe was cut too short, so when the pan filled up, all of the water leaking from the drip pan drained inside the wall cavity all the way into the basement.

The staines you see in the image above are from the exterior. There's two seperate streaks of water flowing down the side of the house.

I love this stuff
