Here's one from a bank inspection today. View of basement wall with water coming down from ice damming. Sent to client in iron palette and posting here in rainbow for fun.

Not trying to slam.

Was this backed up with a moisture meter? What was the readings at the cold areas vs. the warmer areas lateral?

I always take moisture readings from a cold area and a nearby warm area. Moisture readings in concrete and brick can be funny, that way., Too much thermal bridging.

Also pretty obvious from the pool of water on the ground and the water stains on the wall.
