House is 2 story, concrete block construction 1st floor with frame 2nd floor. This is the master bathroom on 2nd floor. Fiberglass with fibrerglass walls to a height of about 4' above tub. Please give my your learned opinion on what these cold areas are.

To start off we need to know if you ran the shower. before the picture.

ran the bath, tried to run the shower but the shower head was blocked with lime buildup.

That is insulation that is actually working...

The wall is solar loaded.
Insulation not properly installed.
Air convection in the stud bays, open to the attic.

You need to back up.
