Not to mention the health problems that COULD have occurred!

Instead of a 2nd inspection….. I would have charged him for “My Time” which is at the rate of $150.00 per hour.

BTW This was one of the few times that I could do a visual inspection to confirm my findings. I originally assumed that it was the drain, it turned out to be the 90 on the supply. It was a great learning experience for me.

I know about the guy in Barrie and the guy in Mississauga, David Cook and others in Barrie has their hands full with that clown. The guy in Mississauga at least charges a whole dollar more than the guy in Barrie!!
Honestly Charles it doesn't affect me as much as it did when I first started out in this business. Yes, I still get the price shoppers but that's OK they only waste 30 seconds of my time. I'm done explaining the difference in pricing and what I do that my competition doesn't.
