That's great.

I spoke with NYS, and they were very specific that they would NOT approve on-line or internet based continuing ed classes.

I hope the state changes their rules. Until then, we are required to attend traditional classes in NYS for Home Inspection Licensing and Continuing Education.

I think we figured out a way to force NYS to accept online courses. It was a bit of a dirty trick on our part. We submitted InterNACHI's Safety Practices for Home Inspectors. Considering that, in the inspection industry, we own the internet, the message board, and a TV show, let's see if NYS has a bureaucrat with enough career suicidal tendancies to rubber stamp that one "declined."

I know, I'm evil.
