Be careful to call it out as being from the unit above. Sometimes water travels from roof leaks, poor roof penetration flashing, A/C condensation pan leaks etc. If that's the case, the condo association may need an IR roof scan. Here's one of a roof drain leak that ended up in a ceiling 2 floors below the leak:

Agree, the word "apparent" is appropriate. The report referred additional investigation by the condo association. Another condo today, different location. More water!
