My kids are nagging me to tickle them, before they go to bed.

I'm going to let you all ponder over these pics and I'll see if some late night HI's can tell me what's going on with this house......

Not true. An experienced thermographer would know enough to know he didn't have enough information. Level I certification does not include taking accurate temperature measurements. Level II thermographers are qualified and trained in this. I would wipe out those temps before handing this over to a client.

Older home with vinyl siding walls, looks like no insulation or very little, heat loss around the A/c unit, tree is in the way of the IR measurements, what was the day sunny or cloudy. what was the wind speed, was the sun directly behind you..hmmmm lots of unanswered questions,
the wind might be hitting the wall with a low temp outside. There is alot to know about this reading... Daveeeeeeeeeee lol spill the beans

Moisture intrusion as condensation, and hidden mold.

It was the CMC home energy tune up thru Kaplan, also. I flew to Houston cause I didn't want to wait till May. I have a flyer going out in the utility bills for my town tomorrow-hopefully get some work while people are still paying 400-500 hundred dollar energy bills.

great info-good class!

Congratulations to the both of you.

It's masonite siding with major moisture issues.

I arrived at the inspection yesterday, and simply touched the siding and my finger and it went right through the siding. This siding was moist as a rag. So I thought that this moisture issue would make some awesome IR images, so I broke out camera.

You can see in the digital picture on post #9 , that the siding is expanding throughout except where the nails were placed.
