Can I use my own inspection software or do I have to use a specific one and how do I upload a report to have it posted?

In otherwords Joseph, yes you can use your own software. If the program you use doesn't support PDF's , download http://www.primopdf.com and 'print' your report to PDF format.

Actually Dominic, FetchReport has it's own pdf writer that generates the report and also provides for sending the report and passwords to the recipients. It can be downloaded when you create a FetchReport account.

I do not know if it stores them for the five years required in states such as Illinois, so you may wish to save a copy to your hard drive or elsewhere.
