I did five move in certified inspections last week. Here is how I get them.

I've actually only been a member for about two weeks. I haven't even done an inspection for money yet. I looked at my profile after your post and it does say that I've been a member since 2003. That is obviously just some sort of clerical error.

No worries though, I am looking forward to a long career in HI and I still think the signs are a fantastic idea.

I did a Prelisting inspection in 2007, I bet if I got the signs I might do another one.

I've talked to James quite a few times, great guy. Like John stated, he's got several guys working for him and he's staying very busy.

Well...I called Jim a week and a half ago. We played phone tag for one evening after I called but didn't leave a message and he saw my number on caller ID and called me back. The next day I left a message stating I was calling about the post he had on the InterNACHI message board concerning "Move in Certified" inspections and was interested to learn more about how he was so successful with them. He never called back after that...hmmmmm? I guess I'll just keep waiting by the phone.

I called one day and was told he starts his last inspection at 6:00 - 6:15 PM and might not be in very early.

I looked at his SAMPLE report on his home page and did not recognize it
