Same as any other inspection... it's just that your client is selling the house, not buying it.

I have had great success with marketing my facade restoration business using signage.
Follow all INACHI marketing advice. Implement marketing strategy's in with your ideas and business. You need to to be successful.
80 percent of all small business fail within 24-30 months.
Here is a bit of what I have seen and also done.
I saw a small start up university student painting company grow by leaps and bonds with signage.
2 pinS that were 30 inches long , in-between is a flag made of garbage grade white plastic, 28 inches wide and 20 inches high. You place your name and business phone number and little detail of what you are marketing. In this case PAINTING.
They are a leading company force today after 10 years. They still use that method. I see it every spring on street corners.
Myself, I was getting more jobs than the leading competitors that where 3-4 and 5 times my size and firmly established, 30 and 40 plus years in the business.
I had a 100 calls a week. 1 four man team and 4 years established.
I did not capitalize on it and should have. Family problems. ( long story ) Mother had several strokes. I am big on family values. Then I was short on patients. WOOOOOOW
I was getting better pricing. The home owners told me. I would do a 2 point inspection or defect inspection ( to say ) and take 30 to 45 minute on the estimation, photograph all defects and sit and explain all their defects to the prospective client.
Competitors, well they looked for 4 to 5 minutes and threw a number in their face and were off with a "call me here is my business card".. They worked off of mass marketing strategy.
For my marketing strategy's was fruitful on large jobs and is time consuming. Word of mouth worked for the small jobs. $500 to $2000.
I also did small repairs and will focus on them this year along with my HI business that I will get off the ground.
I will get out my marketing strategy and give it hell when I give my final push. I will use signage on MOVE IN CERTIFIED and evey stage of inspections I will practice, and hopefully invent new ones.
I want to unveil each system and strategy one at a time.
It has to be focused, well thought out, planed, timed, and delivered so competition only sees its effects when it is to late.
Also to set a example and firmly establish each one as not to spread myself to thin.
