Default does this violate

Now i Know that the inspections are for client eyes only. Does this violate that part of the contract.

by putting the report on fetch report are you opening yourself to third party viewers to use your report

You need to state in your agreement about the client giving you permission. A believe the standard NACHI agreement is written this way.

The report we write is for the client and anyone they wish to share it with. Fetchreport requires an e-mail address (provided by client) to which Fetchreport e-mails a password needed to view the inspection report.
