Default If the house is not MIC?
If the house needs new roof, or if there are some windows that need to be replaced, how could you put up a MIC sign on the lawn if the owners are not interested in replacing the items before they sell the house?

I have a separate "Pre-Inspected" sign if there are issues that need fixed. You can view my version of it here.

It wouldn't be wise to do so. The criteria in not met.
