Are Intenachi members automaticaly qaulify to perform Move in ready Inspection

Realtor asked me if I am move In ready certifed. I went to Move in Ready web site and my name is in there. So, does that mean I qualify? (FYI: I have been inspecting for 16 years and am member of internachi). Do I have to have a sign put in clients yard? Do I have to use Fetch Report to send reports to client?\ Thx.

Of course you are, you might brush up on the information NACHI has on Move-in-Certified, Pre-Listing or Seller Inspections they are all the same thing. Don't forget the yard signs, their website is http://www.prestosell.com/cgi-bin/or...achistore&fm=1

This is a good type of inspection to add to your services since it is the same thing as a Home Inspection with a yard sign and I charge a little more because I take time with the home owner to explain things that will make their home show better. here is the link to NACHI's seller inspection page. http://www.nachi.org/sellerinspections.htm
